The processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of processing your request and contacting you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient processing of inquiries).

The forms are technically integrated so that the entered data is processed in our customer relationship management system Salesforce.

The service provider is Salesforce, Inc., One Market Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Salesforce participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses EU standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

The data you transmit will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing ceases (e.g., final processing of your inquiry), provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent its deletion.

Customer satisfaction surveys

To continuously improve our products and services, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys at irregular intervals. In addition to providing a rating, you may optionally leave your contact details. By providing your contact details, you consent to us contacting you if we have any follow-up questions about your feedback. Your contact details will be stored for a maximum of one year. For technical reasons, your IP address is also recorded when participating. This serves our legitimate interest in allowing only one participation per person in order to obtain meaningful results. The IP address is not evaluated or assigned.

Newsletter

Our free newsletter regularly informs you by email about new products and special offers. The data you enter here will only be used to personalize the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. OpenStreetMap

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

To display our content correctly and graphically appealing across different browsers, we use script and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to determine whether input in our contact or newsletter forms is made by a human or a computer. Google analyzes the following data to make this determination: IP address of the device used, the website you visit on which the CAPTCHA is integrated, date and duration of the visit, identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged into Google, mouse movements on reCAPTCHA areas, and tasks where you must identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. There is a legitimate interest on our part to ensure the security of our website and to protect it from automated input (attacks).

Elfsight

We use the Elfsight service on our website. The service provider is Elfsight, LLC, 0015, Yerevan, Paronyana str., 19/3, 201, Armenia. Use of the service may result in data being transferred to a third country (Armenia). Social media

We maintain company profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and XING.

We have no influence on the data collection and further use by social networks. We are not aware of the extent, location, and duration of data storage, the extent to which the networks comply with existing deletion obligations, what analyses and links are made with the data, or to whom the data is passed on.

If you contact us via one of the mentioned social networks, your data will be used by us to the extent necessary to respond to your request.

Communication via email

If you contact us by email and send it unencrypted, we cannot guarantee the security of the transmission path. If you wish to send data requiring protection, we ask that you only send it in encrypted form or use postal mail.
